On 26 September, 2024 UINONE released their first single "Mahaom".
On 18 November, 2024 UINONE released the second single "Seoul".
On 22 February, 2025 UINONE released their first full-lenght and debut album "Herman" consisting of 14 songs, including the two singles "Mahaom" and "Seoul" released in 2024, in which they fuse different influences (rock, electronic sounds.... ) and develop their own sound.
"Herman", it's an emotional journey that begins in the midst of ruins. Even in the most broken and desolate places, people cling to love, hope, and inner conflict in their search for truth. Each track on the album represents a stage of that journey, and if you listen to the album in order, you’ll be immersed in that emotional narrative. For them, Herman represents the ultimate emotion: an ideal state or the peak of a deep longing that they all carry within.

About < HERMAN >
(by Uinone)
Herman is the first full-length and debut album by UINONE.
Great apes living in the wild of society capture the confusion and conflict of reality through their free and unrestrained psychedelic music, and present new senses and experiences that transcend them.
This story began with the Apocalypse worldview. We live in a world that has already collapsed. But that doesn't mean simple destruction and confusion. Rather, the apocalypse of the modern society makes us face fundamental questions that we have forgotten again. It tells the story of the disappearance of humanity, discrimination and hatred, alienation and conflict, and finding the meaning of existence and emotions that constantly spring up even in it. What have we lost in this world, and what else should we look for?
"No Land of" begins its story in a place where everything has disappeared. Where should we go in a world where boundaries have collapsed and order has disappeared? The sound of being lost on the ruins leads us to the first step of this journey.
This place makes us "Outcast", beings who have been driven out of society. Shadows are cast, and whistles are heard. under the red light, the saints fall, and we are pointed at by someone. Who is the sinner and who is the saint? We are just called “Mr. Misery.” The heavy and intense sound, as if walking on the ruins captures the anger and wandering of these marginalized people.
But this journey does not just mean despair and confusion. If we are going to disappear anyway, we must go higher. Faster, stronger, further. In "Mahaom" we call ourselves heroes. Here, we find a clue to "Herman".
The collapse of the world does not mean the end. Rather, it was also the moment to reveal the fundamental emotions most starkly. "Apocalypse" captures human emotions that still remain after everything has collapsed. We warn you, everyone must become a bad guy. Guns aim for life, humanity is subject to a deal. There is nowhere to run. Still, we ask.
“Hey, what you want is?”
The city collapsed, and nature swallowed the world again. We walk into the "Amazon". Here, humanity is no longer the center of the world. As dawn breaks, a whisper tells us Herman will arrive soon. But no one knows what form he will take.
Then again, "Confusion". All the questions are poured out all at once. Hate, slander, ridicule, and enjoy it all. And yet we want love. We want hope. We want freedom. Who the hell are we? What should we choose? Does 'Herman' really exist?
The collapse of the world does not necessarily mean the end. Everything begins to blur, and in "Don't Stop Our Love", we finally hold on to love. He tries to throw away his lingering desires for those who have left, but it is not easy. Someone whispers. “You are my fire, you are my life”. Can love overcome everything?
But back in the city, everything fades again. We draw our inner search to find love and authenticity in modern society. "Seoul" becomes a place of endless isolation and aimless wandering. It symbolizes the afterimages of time and emotion that flow quickly in a complex city. People keep their heads down, drifting somewhere unknown. Our feelings are getting further and further away.
But we remember the warm hands we saw in yesterday's dream. Can we get out of this pain we face? Nevertheless, some forms of love never stop.
"She will never stop loving us". In the midst of everything that burns, she never stops loving. We burn, and she sends rain to embrace the flames. Even as all of us fade away, that love is still remains. And we keep going our journey.
Looking up at the sky, growing distant, reaching out, still searching for where we belong—we keep extending our hands. Someday, we will meet again beneath the "Northern Light". The end of the journey, and then again.
And we float about shaking. In "SandWave", the waves of emotion surge and recede. Facing our true selves in the mirror, taking a breath, and dive in again. Who will stand by our side, to walk this world together?
In the end, we face the most visceral emotions. "SHP" is an explosive cry, the most primitive emotion deep iside. “Unstoppable fool, fireworks blooming at night,” "call me like you're shouting against an old window."
“Why are you here?” hat have been repressed come out, and we are no longer hiding. And again, “I believe, believe.”
And finally, we reach the end of the journey. This is like a static after everything is over. But the end is always the beginning of something new. "Beck" is thrown lightly, mocking everything. We live in desire, we love in lies, and we whisper endlessly. In the end, we must become ourselves.
The album expresses feelings born in ruins. Even in a destroyed environment, humanity does not let go of love, conflict, or hope, and continues to search for its own truth. In all of these processes, it symbolizes the journey toward reaching an abstract, ultimate state called [Herman].
"Herman" is not just a place or a concept. It is the ultimate emotion, peace, or utopia that we are constantly searching for.
"Herman" is the peak of our deep-rooted emotions and psychedelic that we search for endlessly
We are all on a journey to find our own Herman.
And the music of UINONE will join us on the path.
